Shipping

Local shipping costs are 30hkd and will be added at checkout. All orders are provided with a tracking number via SF Express. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped in your shipping notification email. 

Currently I only ship to HK. 

For any refused delivery due to the incorrect input of shipping address and thus incur re-delivering costs shall be paid by the customer, please check all of the information submitted is correct.

Delivery Times 

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the processing and printing of your order. Each order is printed on demand. Delays could occur if there is stock availability or quality related issues. If your item is urgent, please do reach out and get in touch.

During busy periods like Christmas, please expect delay. 

Limited Edition Prints 

Each Limited Edition Art Print will be hand signed, titled and numbered by the Artist. Each limited edition print will be embossed with the logo of Gar Lai Lau at the bottom right hand corner for proof of authenticity.

Damaged Items 

If you have received a damaged order, please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Damaged order issues will not be considered after. Please send me digital photos of the damaged art print along with the damaged packaging and a short statement regarding the issue. Upon receiving this information a replacement will be considered. No refunds will be allowed.

I do not offer refunds/returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order such as a missing order or you have received the wrong item please do get in touch via the contact form or send an email to info@garlailau.com.
